The Unconscious Installation Masterclass is a focused, 3-day immersion into how change is installed through language and structure, rather than force, scripts, or overt techniques.
Instead of teaching more tools to “use,” this training refines how communication shapes experience at an unconscious level — through pacing, metaphor, suggestion, and the organization of attention.
You’ll explore how meaning is formed, how responses are guided, and how influence can be exercised subtly and responsibly — so change feels natural rather than imposed. This is not about learning tricks; it’s about understanding how influence already works and learning to work with it deliberately.

Juan Antonio Perez is a Licensed Master Trainer of NLP™, trained directly by Dr. Richard Bandler. He is known for his clarity, precision, and ability to make subtle aspects of influence and unconscious change observable and teachable.
Juan specializes in working at the level where change actually happens — beneath technique — focusing on how language, timing, structure, and attention shape unconscious response. His teaching emphasizes discernment over scripts, and responsibility over force.
In the Unconscious Installation Masterclass, Juan guides practitioners to notice what is usually invisible: how meaning is installed moment by moment, and how small shifts in communication can create profound differences in experience.
